GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Provides essential administrative and analytical support to the Department by handling documentation analysis, records reconciliation, compliance tracking, and audit readiness activities. Supports effective oversight, accurate reporting, and timely follow-up across various compliance initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Compile, organize, and analyze compliance documentation, policies, procedures, and supporting evidence to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or missing elements; escalate significant findings to the management for further review.

• Maintain, reconcile, and report on the organization’s Policy and Procedure (P&P) inventory, overseeing version control, review and approval cycles, implementation status, acknowledgments, and audit readiness.

• Develop and sustain compliance trackers, logs, reconciliations, and reference materials to monitor assigned versus completed actions related to P&Ps, training records, committee deliverables, and compliance initiatives, supporting management and committee reporting needs.

• Maintain accurate electronic training records, reconcile assigned versus completed training, and generate reports to support compliance metrics and audit requirements.

• Support compliance oversight and audit activities by organizing evidence, validating documentation against requirements, and ensuring records are complete, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.

• Participate in compliance-to-compliance (C2C) and other compliance-related meetings with First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs), prepare agendas, document discussions, decisions, action items, and maintain follow-up trackers.

• Provide administrative and technical support for compliance tracking and reporting tools, including assisting users with access and navigation to ensure smooth compliance operations.

• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws, as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.

• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Associate's Degree or at least sixty to sixty four (60-64) approved college credits. At least one (1) year of experience in maintaining compliance documentation, supporting regulatory audits or reviews, coordinating training sessions, managing training records, and reconciling policies and procedures, preferably within the Healthcare
Insurance Industry or other regulated environments.
