Accounts Payable Representative

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable process by ensuring invoices are accurately coded, entered, and paid in a timely manner while maintaining positive vendor and internal relationships.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Matches and codes invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documentation for data entry
• Code master card receipts 
• Performs data entry
• Researches and resolves accounts payables issues with vendors
• Communicates with various departments to obtain necessary information 
• Receptionist rotation and Post Office rotation 
• Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company

Skills & Requirements

• Skills acquired from previous accounts payable experience 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Education & Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
