Volt is immediately hiring as an Account Payable Coordinator in Remote
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will:
- Ensuring imaging of invoice and supporting documents are accurate.
- Entering invoice details in system while ensuring application is made to the correct purchase order and vendor account.
- Responsible for entering vendor invoices, identifying payment terms, and matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Managing the imaging, distribution, and entry of vendor invoices, in preparation for vendor payment.
- Advancing problem-solving concerning purchase order research and other research as necessary.
- Reviewing invoice submissions for duplication.
- Providing elevated levels of support to the branches at Month End as well as Mid-Year and Year End
- Providing unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Responsible for entering vendor invoices, identifying payment terms, and matching invoices to purchase orders.
This is a full-time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of Accounts payable and accounting.
- Experience of reviewing and verifying invoices that are inventory and expense.
- Experience of shared Services manages the imaging, distribution, and entry of vendor invoices, in preparation for vendor payment.
- Experience with purchase order processes, invoice matching, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with inventory cycle count and/or receiving and shipping discrepancy resolution.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Access, etc.)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
