Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as an Accounting Coordinator. Campus Accounting Coordinator – TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA Where Luxury Meets Innovation TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley’s only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality—offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. As an Accounting Coordinator, You'll:
Support daily accounting operations Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations Assist with payroll processing and compliance Prepare financial reports and statements Support audits and month-end close activities Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with department leaders on financial documentation
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
