Staff Accountant to join their finance team.<\/span>

<\/p>- Prepare and post monthly
journal entries and maintain the General Ledger<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist with financial
reporting, budgeting, and month -end close<\/span>
<\/li> - Perform bank reconciliations
and balance sheet reviews<\/span>
<\/li> - Compile and analyze financial
and statistical data<\/span>
<\/li> - Support financial operations
across clinics and home health entities<\/span>
<\/li> - Partner with internal teams to
support business and finance initiatives<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist with audits, cost
reports, and compliance processes<\/span>
<\/li> - Work closely with leadership
on special projects and financial analysis <\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>What We’re Looking For<\/span>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting (required)<\/span>
<\/li> - 2–3 years of accounting experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong understanding of:<\/span>
<\/li>- General Ledger accounting<\/span>
<\/li> - Financial reporting<\/span>
<\/li> - Reconciliations and month -end
processes<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> - Healthcare or hospital accounting
experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience supporting multi -entity
or multi -site operations <\/span>
<\/li> - High level of attention to
detail and accuracy<\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to manage confidential
financial data with discretion<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong communication skills and
ability to collaborate across departments<\/span>
