  What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and maintain the General Ledger<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and month -end close<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Compile and analyze financial and statistical data<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support financial operations across clinics and home health entities<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Partner with internal teams to support business and finance initiatives<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with audits, cost reports, and compliance processes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with leadership on special projects and financial analysis <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 2–3 years of accounting experience<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • General Ledger accounting<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Financial reporting<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Reconciliations and month -end processes<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
      • Healthcare or hospital accounting experience<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience supporting multi -entity or multi -site operations <\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • High level of attention to detail and accuracy<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments<\/span><\/span>
