Staff Accountant

This position works directly will all members of the accounting department helping ensure that the financial records of the organization are created accurately and timely.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Daily Cash Report
• Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Daily and Monthly Credit Card Charge Reconciliations
• Assist Controller in the Month End Close process
• Oversee, file and pay all state sales taxes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned

Looking for someone who is experienced in:

• Financial Management

• Must display Ethical Conduct
• Must be through in complete tasks
• Must be able to meet deadlines

Business Dynamics experience a plus.

Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Business or 3 to 5 years' experience in the field.
