Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

- Monitor and maintain fixed asset records

- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

- Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience      with casino accounting systems (e.g., Agilysys, Infinium, or CasinoTrac).
• Knowledge      of Title 31, gaming regulations, and SOX compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
