JOB SUMMARY

American Rivers is seeking a collaborative, analytically strong, and business-oriented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A & Treasury to support organizational budgeting, forecasting, treasury analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting, this position serves as a key member of the Finance & Accounting team, helping transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support organizational decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

The Senior Financial Analyst will maintain treasury analyses and cash flow forecasts, support budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models and dashboards, and assist in improving reporting and analytical capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen, systems proficiency, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

COMPENSATION 
American Rivers offers marketable compensation that reflects the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. The salary for this position is $86,000 - $106,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
