This version incorporates the new information in a way that's appropriate for a job description. If your goal is also to support a requisition approval or backfill justification, I'd recommend keeping the final paragraph from your original text (about the operational risk of not replacing the role) as a separate Business Justification section rather than including it in the external job posting, since that language is intended for internal approval rather than candidates.
