Job Summary: Senior Financial Analyst, Client TV StationsAbout the Role Join Client TV Stations as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of one of the nation’s most recognized media networks. Based in New York City, you’ll partner with finance leadership and local station directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting critical budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional eager to drive impact and grow within the evolving media industry.Responsibilities- Lead the creation of financial models and perform complex scenario analyses for projects across Client TV Stations- Partner with 17 station markets nationwide to consolidate forecasts, develop annual budgets, and contribute to long-range financial planning (5-year plan)- Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, accruals, variance analyses, and financial consolidation- Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement- Manage capital expenditure tracking, reporting, and project oversight- Perform accounts payable tasks, including invoice review, reconciliations, and expense processing- Prepare polished presentations and key materials for executive leadership- Collaborate cross-functionally, communicating financial insights with clarity and professionalismRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting- 4-5+ years of financial planning experience, with a focus on forecasting and budgeting- Advanced Excel proficiency: working with large volumes of data, pivot tables, graphs, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas- Strong PowerPoint and financial modeling abilities- Deep understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Fusion, or similar financial planning tools- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetPreferred Skills- Prior experience in media, news, or entertainment industries- Demonstrated experience with advanced Excel formulas and data modeling- Eagerness to expand industry knowledge within Client and the broader media landscapeBenefits- Work on-site at iconic Client locations in Midtown Manhattan- Gain exposure to executive leadership and strategic projects across 17 stations- Opportunities for skill advancement and professional growth in a leading media company- Collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving work environmentHow to Apply Ready to join Client TV Stations and make a measurable impact?
