The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the monthly close and tax compliance processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely statutory and tax filings. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses, while supporting federal, state, and local tax filings and registrations and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.

The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the monthly close and tax compliance processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely statutory and tax filings. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses, while supporting federal, state, and local tax filings and registrations and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.

Principal Responsibilities / Objectives (min 4, max 6 objectives):

Responsible for general ledger and month-end closing processes:

Responsible for business registrations and tax filings across all entities including all federal, state, and local tax compliance:

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, audits, contract review, and other ad hoc projects or due diligence assignments as needed, including research and analysis.

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $78600 - $98200 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate�s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company�s discretion on an individual basis.
