About the company: DOIG Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tavoron, is Wisconsin's automation expert specializing in robotics, mechatronics, motion control, sensors, machine vision, machine safety, perimeter safeguarding, electrical controls, and pneumatics.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Senior Accountant to the Doig team.

Position Summary: The Senior Accountant serves as the organization's primary accounting professional and is responsible for accounting, payroll support, serving as an on-site resource for benefits-related needs, tax compliance, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, banking, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

· General ledger management and month-end close

· Journal entries and account reconciliations

· Accounts payable and receivable oversight

· Cash management and weekly cash flow forecasting

· Banking administration and positive pay processing

· Sales and use tax compliance and audits

· Payroll processing support, commissions, bonuses, and garnishments

· Serve as an onsite resource supporting benefits administration, including 401(k), COBRA, and open enrollment

· Employee onboarding and offboarding administration

· Budgeting and sales forecasting support

· Fixed asset tracking and audit support

· Supervision of office administration activities

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience

· Payroll and benefits administration experience

· Cash management and forecasting experience

· Sales tax compliance experience

· Strong Excel skills; NetSuite preferred
