Procurement Manager

A growing manufacturer in Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and procurement operations. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and material availability.
• Analyze procurement data and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions and proactively address supply chain risks.
• Support ERP data accuracy and inventory optimization efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory planning.
• Ability to analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
