Payroll Specialist

Job description:

Sprinklermatic Fire Protection Systems, Inc. is a world class fire protection service company serving the state of Florida. We are looking for an individual that would like to join our company and make a lifetime career choice.
The ideal candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist will have some experience in accounting and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume construction environment. Must be an extremely organized, self-starter with strong math and communication skills that works well under pressure.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of MasterBuilder / Sage 100 software preferred not not necessary
• Construction experience helpful
• A/P experience preferred
• Other duties as assigned

Sprinklermatic specifications include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must know right from wrong and govern yourself accordingly
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
• Constantly operates a computer and other productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Able to take direction and follow instructions
• Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player with a "can do" attitude
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Bilingual a plus

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with an hour lunch from Noon to 1pm.
