Paragon Management SNF, LLC has an opportunity for a Full-Time Payroll Specialist
Are you detail‑oriented, payroll‑savvy, and looking to grow your career in a stable environment?
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing while working alongside an experienced payroll team.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor, Smartlinx or similar platforms).
Technical Skills
- Understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to reconcile payroll reports and maintain accurate records.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00
