You’ll review, coordinate, and compile payroll data to maintain payroll records and information for transmittal to Automatic Data Processing (ADP), while assuring accuracy for processing by performing the following duties. Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.  What you’ll do as Payroll Coordinator:  Process certified payrolls Workers Compensation – make payments to the workers comp agencies and compliance with annual audits Develop in depth understanding of Payroll Database to be able to create AdHoc reports on demand Interprets company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures Transmit biweekly payroll to ADP Balance biweekly payroll and prepare the payroll journal Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesYou are: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience FPC or CPP designation preferred 5+ years of corporate payroll experience Strong PC skills, including high proficiency in MS Excel ADP payroll software experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Ability to communicate with various levels of staff and management Here’s what you’ll get: Competitive compensation Work from home and in local office No premium medical plan option available Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture
