SourcePro Search has a fantastic, long term contract opportunity for an experienced Accounting Systems Analyst with our top ranked global law firm client in the New York office. The successful candidate has a Bachelor degree (Accounting or Information Systems preferred) and at least 3-years of experience in a professional services environment. Experience with Elite Enterprise is preferred. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and great work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as support for e-Billing / LEDES file related issues
Elite Enterprise master file maintenance
Manage the administration of Firm’s e-Billing timekeeper rate submissions, including the maintenance of the firm’s internal tracking system (MeBa)
Responsible for setting up, reviewing and maintaining the integrity of the Firm’s master files in Elite (timekeeper, client, matter information).
Assists with the Firm’s e-Billing function. Acts as a point of contact for the Billing team and Clients. Ensures all engagement terms and client/matter rates are compliant in Elite.
Coordinates with other administrative departments in the management of the new matter intake process.
Reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines to ensure client/matters/timekeepers appropriately set up.
