Materials Logistics and ERP Analyst

Keep the engine of operations running. In this role at RiteScreen, you’ll blend analytical finesse with hands-on coordination to ensure materials arrive, move, and get recorded exactly when and where they should—every time.

Reliable materials flow powers our facility’s success. You will forecast needs, protect inventory accuracy, and champion 5S and safety so teams can focus on producing great work. Your reports and vendor insights will sharpen decision-making across Purchasing, Operations, and beyond.

Your core responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials; maintain precise records at each step
• Inspect materials for quality compliance and capture data in the ERP system
• Watch inventory trends, set/anticipate reorder points, and coordinate on-time deliveries
• Track shipments end-to-end; collaborate with Purchasing to expedite when required
• Support regional material strategies with a strong service mindset
• Supply key data for vendor performance evaluations and present clear inventory and delivery reports
• Keep storage areas organized and labeled to 5S standards
• Follow safety and quality protocols rigorously
• Move materials between departments using manual or mechanical handling equipment
• Take on additional duties as requested by management

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years in inventory management, purchasing, or materials handling
• Proficiency in Excel with exceptional accuracy and analytical ability
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience with 5S practices and cycle counting
• Comfort with ERP systems or strong willingness to learn

Preferred

• Background in supply chain management fundamentals
• Knowledge of planning, procurement, and logistics processes
• Forklift certification
• Bilingual capability strongly preferred
