In de rol van Financial Controller ben je de financiële rots in de branding voor onze internationale divisies. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de financiële gegevens niet alleen betrouwbaar en punctueel zijn, maar ook grondig onderbouwd voor het management. Je speelt een cruciale ondersteunende rol voor de Head of Finance en CFO bij het samenstellen en analyseren van diverse rapportages. Je bent niet alleen de architect van jaarlijkse audits, maar je speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de financiële integratie binnen onze organisatie.
Jouw missie:
- Het beheer van onze treasury-positie;
- Het naadloos integreren van financiële data van nieuwe vestigingen;
- Regie voeren over transfer pricing;
- Uitvoeren van diepgaande omzet- en kostenanalyses in vergelijking met het budget;
- KPI-rapportages opstellen en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan;
- Het stroomlijnen van financiële processen en systemen;
- Juridische- en verzekeringsvragen tackelen;
- Assisteren bij het opstellen van periodieke rapportages en voorbereiden van de jaarrekening samen met de Head of Finance.
Wie zoeken we?
Ben je een ervaren financiële magiër met minimaal 5 jaar relevant avontuur achter de rug? Bezit je een Hbo-diploma in de richting Accounting, Bedrijfskunde of Bedrijfseconomie? Kun je je weg vinden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels, mondeling én schriftelijk?
We zoeken iemand die:
- Een analytisch brein en cijfermatig inzicht heeft;
- Een resultaat- en oplossingsgerichte instelling heeft;
- Ervaring met Exact Online is een bonus;
- Van structuur en professionalisering houdt;
- Thuis is in een dynamische internationale setting;
- Presteren onder druk en binnen deadlines ziet als een uitdaging;
- In de buurt van onze vestigingen in Nederland woont: Hattem, Barneveld of Alphen aan de Rijn.
