Job Summary

The Controller is a key finance leader who delivers accurate financial insight, strengthens controls, and supports profitable growth across Sheboygan Paint Company. This role leads accounting, reporting, compliance, treasury, budgeting support, and analysis while partnering with operations, R&D, sales, and executive leadership. The Controller also develops the accounting team and promotes accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
