The Business Unit Controller (BUC) is involved in all aspects of financial management, including accounting and short/long-term planning for the engineering and field service business unit. Partnering with leadership and other stakeholders, the BUC will help guide understanding and decision making for the Company. Through collaboration with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Commissions & Payroll and Operational Leadership, the BUC will assist with preparation of materials for various audiences including Senior Leadership, C-suite executives, the Board of Directors, and Investors. The BUC will be responsible for maintaining/implementing financial controls. They will ensure compliance with accepted accounting guidelines, processes and legal requirements, and organize the preparation of corporate tax and audit engagements.
