Join us, and you"ll have a meaningful\\nrole in continuing Apple"s legacy of efficiency and success.\\nApple is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Retail Finance team supporting worldwide\\nFinancial Planning and Analysis. The Retail FP\u0026A team serves as the hub for financial data\\nand insights within Apple Retail, partnering closely with leadership to drive the business\\nforward. In this role, you"ll drive transformation initiatives across the team, leveraging AI\\ntools to modernize how we forecast, plan, and report on Retail’s OpEx spend. You’ll also own\\ncritical processes including Total Retail capex consolidation and Global Retail Support (GRS)\\nanalytics.This role will initially focus on driving transformation work within Retail FP\u0026A, leveraging\\nAI and other tools to significantly reduce manual works streams and drive efficiencies within\\nthe team, subsequently partnering with other finance teams to identify areas of opportunity\\nacross the org where standardization and automation can drive further efficiencies. The role\\nwould also own two critical processes: consolidation and reporting of Total Retail CapEx and\\nanalytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity, which covers corporate\\nheadcount and contractors. This person will build and maintain strong relationships with\\nbusiness partners and establish a reliable process and cadence for capex reporting. They will\\nalso serve as a key point of contact for GRS headcount-related questions from the business.\\nAdditionally, this role will support the broader Retail FP\u0026A team with forecast and close\\ndeliverables.Drive transformation initiatives within Retail FP\u0026A, leveraging AI tools to eliminate manual work, streamline deliverables, and improve efficiency; partner with other\\nRetail Finance teams on opex to identify common areas of opportunity and drive alignment on process improvement work\\nOwn end-to-end consolidation and reporting of Total Retail CapEx, including developing and maintaining a scalable process and cadence with business partners\\nOwn analytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity, covering corporate headcount and contractors; partner closely with finance teams to understand headcount trends and serve as a point of contact for business headcount questions\\nDrive ad hoc financial analysis and projects in support of current and future business goals, actuals and forecast processes, and broader Apple Retail initiatives\\nSupport the Retail FP\u0026A team with forecast and close deliverables2+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field\\nBachelor"s degree or equivalent experienceBig picture thinking with inherent curiosity to connect dots, understand all facets of Apple / Apple Retail, and drive decision making\\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts\\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results and increase alignment\\nAbility to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization\\nProven experience developing and improving processes, with desire to drive continuous improvement\\nStrong prioritization skills; able to navigate ambiguity, independently manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment\\nProficiency with Excel and Keynote required; experience with Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and SQL strongly preferred\\nExperience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive efficiencies in an organization
