The role would play a key part of a dynamic and agile Sales Finance organization.Based in Seoul, you will be a key member of the Korea Sales Finance team (12-month contract). You will act as a bridge between local sales execution and global strategy, ensuring that every investment we make is impactful and aligned with Apple"s long-term goals in the Korean market. You will also help modernize how the team works, turning manual reporting into scalable, automated analytics that outlast your contract term.Business Insight \u0026 Performance: Partner closely with Sales to understand the local market context. Provide insightful analysis on business variability and share these findings with forecasting and sales teams to drive strategic actions.\\nInvestment Strategy \u0026 ROI: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute investment strategies, including demand generation, partner margins, and fixture investments. Be accountable for estimating and analyzing ROI.\\nData \u0026 Automation: Build and maintain analytics that scale — automate recurring reporting with SQL, Tableau, and Python, and turn fragmented data sources into a single trusted view of RTM performance.\\nProcess Enhancement: Partner with Sales Operations and Global Business Solutions on sales incentive calculations, performance reporting, and partner payout — not only ensuring accuracy and integrity, but identifying and re-engineering the manual steps that create risk.\\nGlobal Alignment: Build strong relationships with Worldwide Sales Finance (Cupertino) to effectively deploy global strategies, evaluating their fit for the Korean market and advocating Geo-led proposals.\\nDrive Strategic Initiatives: Manage key finance projects including Worldwide-driven end-to-end process streamlining, coordinating across local and regional stakeholders through to implementation.Education: Bachelor"s degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field.\\nExperience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in commercial finance, business planning, strategy, or consulting.\\nTechnical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL and a BI tool (Tableau preferred), plus advanced Excel. Comfortable working directly with large datasets rather than relying on pre-built reports.\\nAnalytical Excellence: High level of analytical skills with extreme attention to detail and a proven ability to influence business through numbers.\\nProblem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations using complex or incomplete data to build robust business models and forecasts.\\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to translate complex quantitative data into a compelling narrative for various stakeholders.Automation \u0026 Data Engineering Mindset: Python for data manipulation or automation; experience designing data models or dashboards used by others.\\nAI Fluency: Practical use of AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or workflow automation.\\nAgility: A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple work-streams independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
