About the job

As a member of the management team of the France North West Africa sales company, you will drive the business controlling of the sales company (turnover turn over approximately 150 M€, France and more than 20 countries in Africa) and the shared services organization for France consisting of around 25 employees with the following key responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to the business managers of the sales company

• Perform business controlling including reporting, forecasting and analysis, making the numbers speak

• Lead the overall Shared Service Organization in France incl. finance, IT/IS, Indirect Purchasing - and site services functions

• Liaise with Corporate related to real estate, risk management, tax management and shared services

What you know ?

To succeed in this position, you:

• Have a Master´s degree combined with + 15 years of experience in Finance in an international work environment

• Have solid senior management experience with a capability to be both operationally involved and strategically orientated

• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and confidence with others

• Language : English fluent and French will be appreciated

Practicalities

You will report to the Managing Director of Alfa Laval France North West Africa. The job is based in Saint Priest (France, Lyon area).

The starting base salary for this role is typically 80K per year (this is the minimum offered for this position, it will be adjusted according to the candidate’s profile).
