Location: Indianapolis, IN – Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.
Note: To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, at least 3+ years of public accounting experience, and experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Job Description
- Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Drive ERP enhancements, financial reporting improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Support treasury, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team while improving processes and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- 3+ years of public accounting experience.
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Qlik, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
