Collections Analyst

HornBill's client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey (NJ) is looking for a Collections Analyst. This is a permanent position for the ideal candidate. Daily responsibilities include but, are not limited to:
- Assisting assigned attorneys in collecting their outstanding receivables
- Ensure that third party billing programs are processing/paying invoices in a timely manner
- Follow-up with clients in regards to payments
- Provide documentation to Controller with regards to appeals and write-offs
- Assist in submitting appeals online or via e-mail
- Review A/R reports to determine problem areas
- Input all follow-up into accounting program
- Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Juris, Juris Suite and ProLaw (a case management system) with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Must have good phone etiquette and excellent people skills
