Job Description: This is a hybrid role that requires employees to work on-site from our Marlborough, MA office on designated in-office days. The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career. Ensure all store bank reconciliations are accurately balanced to the general ledger. Research all reconciling items with banks, stores, and Loss Prevention in a timely manner. Conduct daily research on outstanding items for all divisions with any contracted vendors Prepare weekly journal entries to adjust reconciling items to their proper accounts. Verify monthly bank statements to the general ledger to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the liability and cash accounts. Research all outstanding reconciling items by requesting information from banks, stores and armored carriers. Record and track all outstanding reconciling items from initial identification through completion. Research and request reimbursement for deposit discrepancies. Submit weekly journal entries to adjust reconciling items to their proper accounts. Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger. Special projects as assigned. Who We Are Looking For: You.
