Bookkeeper

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented team player looking to grow their career by becoming an expert in accrual accounting for clients between $5 - 50M.  

Are you a consistent, reliable, detail-oriented person who has experience with both routine and difficult bookkeeping tasks?  Do you like connecting with your team throughout your day, but also having time to do individual heads down work?  Do you like being busy and getting stuff done?

THE ROLE

In this position, you will be working from home alongside a team of accounting professionals who work together to deliver accurate, timely and complete financials to our clients.  Your role on the team is: coding transactions, A/R, A/P, completing reconciliations, preparing payroll and other similar processes we complete on a weekly and month-end basis for each of our clients.  You understand, and enjoy, how your role connects to what your teammates are doing so that our clients win, which means we win.  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• proficiency working in QuickBooks Online
• experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team
• reside in a state we are established (Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Minnesota)
