Bookkeeper

BUTTING Canada supplies our North American customers with welded pipes, machined and fabricated components, pressure vessels and storage tanks manufactured in our plants in Germany, USA and China.

• Invoice entry and processing (Accounts Payable)
• Uploading credit card receipts, reviewing statements for completeness, and preparing reconciliations
• Monitoring and processing the Finance inbox
• Preparing Accounts Receivable statements
• Performing inventory checks in the ERP system
• Performing various administrative and accounting tasks as needed

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy
• Discretion when handling financial information and ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is considered an asset
• Fluent in English; German is considered an asset
