What You'll Do:

• Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections
• Post payments and apply cash accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with a problem-solving mindset
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep accounts current
• Prepare reports on AR aging, collections, and account status
• Support month-end close processes with precision and attention to detail

What You Bring:

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working within ERP systems
• Sharp attention to detail and a knack for spotting errors before they become problems
• Clear communication skills — you'll be talking with customers and internal teams alike
