Accounts Receivable Specialist – Fremont, OH

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us keep our finances as consistent and reliable as our condiments.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections
- Post payments and apply cash accurately and on time
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with a problem-solving mindset
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep accounts current
- Prepare reports on AR aging, collections, and account status
- Support month-end close processes with precision and attention to detail
What You Bring:
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working within ERP systems
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for spotting errors before they become problems
- Clear communication skills — you'll be talking with customers and internal teams alike
- A team-player attitude and genuine interest in supporting a growing, family-owned business
