Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk (Up to 6 Months)
About the Role
Join our accounting team as a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for up to six months. You’ll keep our AP process running smoothly by entering, coding, and reconciling hospital invoices in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Pay is $27 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, analyze, and reconcile hospital bills and invoices
- Code invoices to the correct accounts
- Follow AP policies and company guidelines
- Communicate with hospital vendors to resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized vendor files
- Support other accounting projects as needed and meet tight deadlines
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- One year of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is a plus
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
