The Accounts Payable Analyst analyzes and processes Accounts Payable for the Water Heater, Air Conditioning, Replacement Parts, Canada, and Corporate Divisions. This position requires ensuring vendor payments are made per agreed upon payment terms, addressing Rheem vendor inquires, and processing PO and non-PO invoices within the Esker optical recognition solution and Oracle Accounts Payable. Additionally, this role entails reviewing the work of the Accounts Payable Specialists, supporting process improvement initiatives, and working in coordination with the Nuevo Laredo and Atlanta Shared Services teams. This position will support Rheem North America , based in Montgomery, AL . This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays .
