Accounting Technician

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to support our team in the day-to-day execution of accounting activities. In this role, you will be actively involved in various tasks throughout the accounting cycle in a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and attention to detail are crucial.

Responsibilities

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and issuing multi-currency invoices
• Recording customer payments in the accounting system
• Managing transactional portals and websites
• Assisting with the processing and recording of vendor invoices
• Reviewing invoices and processing supplier payments
• Preparing and entering multi-currency expense reports
• Performing various reconciliations, follow-ups, and analyses
• Completing other related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Accounting or a related field
• Have one to three years of accounting experience
• Have experience working in a multi-currency context (an asset)
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Be methodical, organized, and detail-oriented
