Your Contribution
As an Accounting Specialist, you are an important link in our financial administration. You ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing of financial data and support the Financial Controller with daily activities.
You work accurately, take initiative, and ensure that processes run smoothly.

Specifically, your main tasks include :

• Processing purchase invoices
• Preparing, processing, and posting manual journal entries
• Processing payroll journal entries
• Supporting the payment process (such as preparing payment batches and processing them in the banking system)
• Supporting the Financial Controller with daily tasks
•  Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data

Your Profile
You are an accurate and eager-to-learn financial professional who enjoys working in a structured environment. You like collaborating with others but can also work independently

Additionally, you have:

• A completed MBO-level education in a financial field (e.g. Business Administration)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Affinity with financial systems and Excel
• Good command of Dutch and English; German or Polish is a plus
• Accurate, proactive, and responsible
