Job Description and Responsibilities:
Accounting Specialist I
2.1 Bank reconciliations.
2.2 Intercompany loan transactions.
2.3 Prepares and posts monthly journal entries.
2.4 Prepares various account reconciliations (prepaids, deposits, accruals).
2.5 Maintain Fixed Asset System on monthly basis.
2.6 Monthly journal entries for depreciation.
2.7 Performs financial statement analysis as required.
2.8 Ensure all journal entries and account reconciliations are filed and readily available.
2.9 Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training:
3.1 High school Diploma or the equivalent is required,
3.2 Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3.3 Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in all aspects of Accounting and Financial reporting.
3.4 Knowledge of IFRS guidance is beneficial, but not required.
3.5 CPA a plus, but not required.

4.2 Able to travel as needed.
4.3 Able to learn quickly and manage simultaneous projects under tight schedules; relaxed under
pressure.
4.4 High initiative level.
4.5 Proven problem analysis skills.
4.6 Up to date knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
4.7 Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word).
4.8 Able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as related to contracts and
purchasing.
4.9 Able to interact with both technical and nontechnical personnel.
4.10 Able to provide improvement to processes as required.
4.11 Highly detail oriented and organized.

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
5.1 Must have a valid driver’s license and record that conforms to the Company’s insurance policies,
ATF, and State requirements.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance:
6.1 Able to meet ATF & regulatory security requirements.
6.2 Must be a US Citizen, or lawful permanent resident of the United States (student Visa does not
qualify), in accordance with ATF regulations.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
7.1 Employees working in general manufacturing facilities must meet certain physical requirements
to perform their duties safely and effectively. These typically include the ability to stand and walk
for long periods, often throughout an entire shift. Workers should be able to lift, carry, and/or
move up to 50 pounds occasionally when lifting devices are not present. Repetitive use of hands,
wrists, and arms is common, along with regular bending, kneeling, and climbing. Visual and
hearing acuity are necessary for reading instructions, inspecting products, and responding to
equipment alerts, and manual dexterity is essential for operating tools and machinery.
7.2 The working conditions in manufacturing environments can be physically demanding and vary
based on the facility and type of production. Employees may be exposed to fluctuating
temperatures, high noise levels, and potential hazards such as moving machinery, chemicals, or
sharp objects. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses,
ear protection, and steel-toed boots is often required. The work is typically fast paced with
performance expectations to meet frequent deadlines. Schedules may involve shift work,
overtime, weekends, or holiday hours to meet production demands.
