Accounting Specialist

(Pay starting at $22 per/hour)

Job Overview– How You’ll Contribute:

Do you have an Accounting degree you would like to put to use? The H+H Group is growing! We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist on our Central Support Accounting Team. Here at H+H you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the latest technology to automate tedious tasks allowing for more time to solve complex problems. (Starting at $22 per/hour)

• Help maintain a business record of financial transactions carried out by the company.
• Prepare relevant accounting reports of financial activities of the company as assigned.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded as per established guidelines.
• Follow all procedures relating to internal accounting in order to maintain the company’s financial security.
• Review, research, reconcile, and assure the accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on integrity, time management, accountability, efficiency, teamwork, and thoroughness.
• The ability to analyze and perform complex calculations.
• Strong Customer Experience and people skills.
• Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
• Be detailed oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers, in person, over the phone, and via fax or email.
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Hours:  Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM.
