JOB SUMMARY
- The Accounting Associate performs duties related to Payroll, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. This position serves as the primary backup to the Payroll Coordinator. Duties will include helping with bi-weekly payroll processes, helping with weekly processing of accounts payable, maintenance of W-9 vendor information, and unclaimed property.

- Basic computer skills

Education
- Associate Degree in Accounting and/or 5 years' experience in accounting field.

License(s) or Certification(s)
- None

Other Skills or Requirements
- Customer-oriented personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with Kronos/UKG Timekeeping System.
