Entry-Level Accounting Assistant

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Prepare and summarize daily revenue reports for multiple entities. 
• Finalize customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue classifications. 
• Maintain customer membership records and account information. 
• Coordinate the monthly air filter program, including ordering and customer list management. 
• Compile and distribute KPI and performance data to leadership. 
• Assist with month-end processes and various accounting-related projects. 
• Support process improvements and help implement new systems and procedures. 
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office administration experience preferred. 
• Experience with accounting or business software such as Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, or Paylocity is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour 
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
