Accounting and Bookkeeping Specialist - Retirement Plan Expert – Hybrid Schedule in West Omaha

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact within the accounting department regarding 401(k) and retirement questions
• Gather year-end payroll information, census data, W-2s, W-3s, and other required documentation from leaders of the organization
• Reconcile payroll and participant data against investment records to ensure accuracy before completing required forms
• Explain complex retirement plan rules in a way that everyone can easily understand and confidently act upon
• Calculate retirement plan contributions and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure everyone is on the same page
