Corporate Accountant

You'll work directly with an experienced Controller who has built an impressive career within the organization and is excited to mentor someone eager to learn – this is an excellent opportunity for someone who spent a year or two in public accounting, or a larger organization, and realized it was not for them but still wants to be exposed to challenging work every day. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of month-end close activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and preparing accurate financial reports
• Assist with a wide variety of corporate accounting responsibilities while partnering with leaders across the company to support day-to-day operations and special projects
• Work directly alongside the Controller to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and gradually take on additional accounting responsibilities as you grow
• Jump in wherever needed to support the accounting team, collaborate with colleagues across the organization, and contribute to a positive, team-first culture

This is the type of role where you'll wear a lot of hats, build an incredibly well-rounded accounting background, and gain exposure that is difficult to find with only 1-2 years of experience.
