Part Time Controller – Fort Calhoun – Work Under Passionate and Proud Owner in a Down-to-Earth Environment

Elevate is partnering with a well-established and steady organization to welcome a Part-Time Controller to join their team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function, working independently, and providing reliable financial support without the demands of a traditional full-time corporate environment. This will be an extremely rewarding part-time role for an experienced accountant who wants to make a tangible difference to a company without working long hours or dealing with red tape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
• Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns (941s)
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation as well as minimal accounts payable work
• Support month-end close activities and preparation of financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial visibility to ownership and leadership
