Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable accurately and efficiently while keeping up with a high volume of activity
- Generate invoices, research discrepancies, and work directly with customers to ensure timely payment collection
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members through clear communication and dependable follow-through
- Support the accounting team wherever needed by jumping in, solving problems, and helping keep financial operations running smoothly
This role is ideal for someone who has been around the block a few times in AP, AR, billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support and simply enjoys being the person people can count on.
