Essential Functions
- Perform month end closing, including the preparation of month end journal entries for Alloyworks
- Perform account reconciliations and month end close tie packages for Alloyworks
- Work with AP clerks and AW Operations/Engineering to ensure timely posting of receipts/invoices and vouchers payable reconciliation
- Assist with SOX control compliance and completion of monthly and quarterly COQs/STQs (SOX Questionnaires)
- Assist with annual (and quarterly as needed) physical inventory procedures and reconciliation
- Perform monthly PA/NC Sales & Use Tax Filing for Morgantown (PA) and Alloyworks (NC)
- Maintain capital project spend tracking files and performance to budget for Alloyworks
- Work directly with Operations to review capital spending submissions and requirements to ensure timely approval of CAR submissions
- Maintain fixed asset listing and assist in required physical counts per PCC policy requirements for Alloyworks
- Work with Morgantown finance team to assist with Morgantown fixed asset physical count per PCC policy requirements
- Daily/Weekly inventory and variance reporting to AW Operations/Management (Inventory, Job Variances, Vouchers Payable)
- Financial analysis and reporting on results of operations, trends, and projections as needed
- Train and assist with AP clerk onboarding and ongoing questions as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree – Accounting or Finance preferred but Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting and 0-2 years of Accounting/Finance experience (working towards degree is acceptable)
- Strong systems skills – SAP and Syteline background/expertise are a plus
- Excellent computer skills, especially with spreadsheet software (i.e. Excel)
- Must be able to prioritize multiple requests
