1.0 FTE, Full-Time, Temporary Payroll Clerk

INTERNAL JOB POSTING
For OSSTF Support Staff

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – 7 hours per day
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to the candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Demonstrated attendance at work
- A Business Diploma with an Accounting Discipline, or equivalent qualifications/experience;
- Payroll certification (PCP) with the National Payroll institute preferred;
- Proven proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365 Apps;
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- One year or more of Payroll experience;
- Equivalent qualifications, relevant experience or expertise as determined by the Superintendent.

Applications MUST include a complete summary of education and work experience.  Applicants must also submit the names of three (3) professional references, one of which must be a current or most recent immediate supervisor, along with telephone numbers and email addresses, and a written authorization from the applicant permitting the Board to contact these references.  Information from such persons will be gathered in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
