At PwC Ireland, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to building trust in society and solving our clients’ most complex challenges. Here, diverse teams collaborate across sectors and geographies to deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference.
We invest in your growth through continuous learning, leadership development, and access to cutting-edge technology, empowering you to shape your career and impact the future of business and society.

About the role

Our experienced Financial Services Tax team of 170 professionals, led by our 11 Partners, are experts in their respective fields, specialising in the dynamic and diverse world of Financial Services. The group works across the core areas of Asset & Wealth Management, Aviation Finance and the Core Corporate Group (servicing large Banking and Insurance clients) and provides tax compliance and advisory services to clients in areas such as investment fund strategies, aviation finance, treasury operations, insurance and real estate. We also have a dedicated team working on the opportunities in the Fintech sector, where there has been significant growth in recent years. We are a team that embraces change and are focused on using technology-based solutions to deliver an excellent client service.

Our role is to bring tax solutions for our clients both locally and internationally, to fit with their commercial aims. Our clients include many of the leading domestic and multinational financial institutions. As the leading European hub for ETFs, Ireland offers unparalleled access to a deep pool of fund servicing expertise. Our team in Ireland is also at the forefront of fund innovation through the emerging tokenisation of assets and funds.

You will work with our clients on structuring Irish UCITS and regulated fund products, providing advice on the Irish tax aspects of cross-border fund distribution, identifying tax risks and analysing withholding tax treaties, advising on investor reporting obligations, and considering emerging industry trends such as tokenisation.
