HornBill's client, a large multi-entity organization is seeking a Staff Accountant for their Watertown, Massachusetts (MA) location. The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and responsible for GL, cash reconciliations, intercompany and various other activities. Responsibilities:
- Involved with General ledger maintenance, cash reconciliations, AP/AR, and supporting month end close
- Prepares and maintains balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Prepares invoices and analyze monthly payroll journal entries
- BS degree Accounting/Finance
- 2-4 years of general accounting experience
- Exposure to General ledger, month-end and Reconciliations
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Management
