HornBill's client is a growing real estate firm that is seeking a Staff Accountant in Paramus, New Jersey (NJ). Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for month end close, property accounting, reporting for a variety of properties. This is an excellent opportunity to grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of public or private accounting experience with real estate industry exposure
- Knowledge of MRI, Yardi or another real estate software is a big plus
- Excellent communication. skills and work ethic
