HornBill has a client in search of a Staff Accountant in Peabody, Massachusetts (MA). Duties Include:
- Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform QuickBooks accounting entries
- Perform reconciliations
- Perform credit card processing
- Perform PayPal processing
- Responsible for inventory analysis and reporting
- Provide additional reporting and statements as requested
- 1 year of related experience is preferred (will consider co-op experience)
- Corporate accounting/general ledger experience
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience
- Excellent communication skills
