Job Purpose

Our Investment Accounting Team is expanding — and it’s an exciting time to join us! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Investment Accountant to become part of our Capital Accounting Business Process team.

Key Accountabilities

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting a diverse range of projects, acting as the financial heartbeat behind their success. You’ll take the lead on managing project financials end to end — from maintaining accurate, insightful forecasts to ensuring robust reporting that empowers effective decision making. 
Your expertise will help shape how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered, making a real impact on how we invest in the future. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related. CPA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
• Flexibility and adaptability commensurate with working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, colleagues and vendors 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

More Information

This role is based out of our Waltham office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you! 

Annual Salary: 

$99,000-$116,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
